Seats: open merit, under-developed districts, Cholistan, students with disabilities, reciprocal and overseas Pakistani seats. Quota seats for ICT, AJK, GB, Balochistan and ex-FATA are advertised separately.
Eligibility
- MDCAT (2026, 2025 or 2024) passed with at least 55% for MBBS and 50% for BDS.
- HSSC (Pre-Medical) or IBCC-equivalent 12th grade with at least 60% marks, including Biology, Chemistry and Physics/Mathematics.
- Punjab domicile (not needed for overseas Pakistani seats).
- Overseas Pakistanis/dual nationals may use MDCAT, SAT-II (at least 550 in Biology, Chemistry and Physics/Maths) or MCAT (International)/UCAT with 50% marks.
Merit formula
MDCAT 50% + FSc/HSSC 40% + Matric/SSC 10%

Fee
- Application processing fee Rs 2,000 (Bank of Punjab / NBP or 1Bill invoice; 1Bill top-up not accepted).
- Overseas Pakistani seats: annual fee USD 10,000.

Hard copies are not accepted. MBBS and BDS need separate applications. All colleges for your seat category must be selected; preferences cannot be changed after the deadline. Overseas fee cites PM&DC notification of 21-03-2025 (the 2026 Regulations cap it at USD 15,000).
